ABOUT THE BOOK

After talking to hundreds of independent restaurant owners at industry conferences and seminars and then watching so many good restaurants which served good food with heart closed down during the recession, Dean felt that there was a huge need for a restaurant book that was not about telling the “management” side of the restaurant business but rather something that he is extremely passionate about – restaurant marketing that brings back the best guests that restaurant owners want, night after night.
